Last wednesday my friends and I went out to eat, when we were leaving to come home she changed lanes and guess what... I was in the left lane where she wanted to go so it dented my front driver side fender and broke my headlight. about 10 minutes later when i was driving home the check engine and SRS light went on and it shut off for a second and then turned back on and it drove fine untill yesterday. On my way home from work last night the radio just faded out like it was losing power, then i got in front of my house and i clicked the lock button to put the alarm on but the doors didnt lock and the normal green security button didn't go on on the dash. so i closed the door and i think when i opened the door again the horn kept beeping and the lights went on. i started the car but it didn't do anything. so at this point its 10:30 pm and my horn wont stop beeping in the middle of town. at this point i pop the hood to rip off the terminal but as soon as i touch it it shocks me and the car stops beeping and the lights go out. then today on my way to school this morning it stalled out of no where going around a turn i lost power steering and was headed for a pole. I luckily got it stopped and started it back up and now when i go to downshift and put the clutch in while im driving the rpms drop down to 0 and im guessing that it stalls and it just starts back up wehn i put the clutch back on. anyone havwe this happen?

thanks adam

sounds like you have a wire grounding out on your car... check your alternator to see if you are getting enough charge... take the negative cable off and get a volt meter... one lead on the cable and one on the terminal... there shouldnt be any voltage... a little is cool, but no much more that a volt or 2... You want to make sure that nothing is drawing amps when its disconnected... look around the engine bay for loose wires or a ground that maybe broke....

today i tightened the two wires coming off of the battery terminal and it seemed to solve the problem. but when i hit the button to lock my doors twice my alarm doesnt turn on anymore like it used to??? any idea what that could be from?

thanks, adam
