What can i use to clean my coil pack safely of the buildup and bs inside of them

You're gonna laugh, but go to a gun shop and get some rifle bore cleaner. It will pretty much get rid of any carbon tracking, as it can pull burnt carbon from gunpowder that is hard as a rock out of a rifle barrel, then get a "Q" tip with some 1000 grit sandpaper wrapped around it and clean off the terminals for each spark plug wire, clean off the plug wire ends and try that out.
