i just bought a 93 tsi awd and i bought it without the turbo, manifold, injectors, jpipe. can anyone help how to install the turbo with all the lines and everything? also i have a hks type-1 turbo timer i have to install to does anyone know how to do that too

This should do it for the turbo install, the rest is in the haynes manual. As far as the turbo timer, it should have came with some directions. Check their website.

EDIT: Admins, we get a ton of these 14b turbo line questions, should I put this in as a tech article?

Use this a little bit and I would find a few pictures of installs. http://vfaq.com/mods/turbo-swap.html

My suggestion would be buying a new banjo bolt for the oil feed line from the head. They sell them on www.slowboyracing.com

Wow, Ive never seen that guide on the vfaq before...awesome.

Also, order some crush washers from slowboy too, for the coolant and turbo lines. You will need 4 14mm ones for the coolant lines. I dont know about the stock oil line, as I have an SS line from the housing.
