Well i did a search on this but every car seems to be different. i have a 1996 eagle talon tsi auto and i recently put a FP big t28 on there and i was driving the car lastnight and i bunched it for the first time and when i turned the boost up to 13 psi the car backfires when it changes gears and stilll pulls hard but when i turn it up to 15 it just sputters and keep back firing does anyone know what this might be? my current mods are
full turbo back exhaust
MBC
APR
bov
walboro 255 fuel pump
FP big t28
Front mount intercooler

By APR, do you mean FPR?

If you are vented I would fix that. If you dont have a FPR then its that. If all is good on those two parts I would do a boost leak test and make sure you have a logger to monitor timing. You may be knocking like crazy and getting timing pull.

i do have a ajustable fuel pressure regulator and i am venting to the atomosphere. and my t25 was on 13 psi and i had no problem i dont have any boost leaks i checked. but i think i found the problem ,, my manifold has a crack and its back firing from there but do you guys think thats the reason it sputters and back fires at 15 psi?

Your problem is that your venting, almost 100% gaurantee it. Recirculate that so the engine gets that air it has already metered. Your making your car run real rich between shifts. The cracked manifold should not be causing your problem.

can someone send me a link on how to re route the the blow off valve into the intake. you guys say it like its easy but someone tld me its not that easy but can somene help me do it i have a stock intake with a after market blow off.

What aftermarket blow off valve are you using? Most of the time you can use the stock recirculation hose on them, but again it depends on what blow off valve you have.

See the attached picture. The recirculator (shown in red) attaches the BOV to the intake pipe (both shown in green). Any pipe will work as long as it seals decently around the BOV exit and onto the intake pipe.
