ok, i loosened the drain plug, and nothing came out.i put (1) bottle of synchromesh in it and still it only began to trickle out.so how much more do i need or , is that good?

Actually 4.2 pints. I've never bought a third quart figuring point two pints of old stuff are still stuck in there.Roughly 2.3 quarts fills the transmission if I remember correctly. And yes, you fill it until it leaks out from the fill plug.

yes ,i did a search on here to find out which one was fill ,and drain hole. my problem is that it grinds when it is cold ,but when it warms up it shifts fine. so which one is it when it trickles out,or when my finger touches the oil.?
