EBC Problems

Well I recently installed a new turbo with external wastegate. I have the vacum from the ebc hooked to the top vac port on my turbonetics evolution wastegate. Now I can boost up to 10 psi and thats all. I swith to high and I get 10 psi again? Any ideas? I have turned the boost way up and still 10 psi. Im using the Greddy Profec B boost controler.

Well I went through and checked for boost leaks and found some. So I fixed them and it worked till tonight. Now I looked over them again and nothing. Is there any write-up for the greddy profec install in a 1g and what to do with the bcs?
