Well, after finished my built I found the the timing belt is rubbing against the oil housing only when I hit the throtle. Basically it moves inboard (toward the engine).
I look into some other forums, but I still don't have access to ask questions.

I found this post:

I wanted to ask questions about that problem, because it sound like my problem.

I want to know what could be cousing this issue?

1- Yes head was re-surface
2- No cam gear problem, no bents.
3- No crank walk.

My only thinking is that, maybe I got the wrong Idler ot the wrong tensioner? But other than that the other information I have is that post.
Any ideas?

i'm with travunder make sure there is enough tension and that the tensioner is properly working.
