Well first off, I can't change my vechile profile for some reason, so here it is:
95 Talon TSi AWD
Stock 7 bolt motor
14b turbo (turbo and exhaust manifold are ported)
2.5" o2 housing with external dump
3" downpipe-back (no cat, no 2nd o2 sensor, n1 style muffler)
MBC @ 15 psi
Ebay air filter and adapter
Centerforce Dual Friction clutch
Greddy FMIC and long-route piping
Greddy BOV
SBR J-pipe
NGK BPR6ES and BPR7ES plugs, it acts up with both, no noticable change
Accel 8mm wires

Now the problem:
Under boost, the car seems like its hitting fuel cut, but I backed the boost down to 11 psi and it still does it that low, so I figure that's not the problem. After the turbo starts spooling, right around the time it starts dumping, it feels like I let off the throttle and then slam it back down mixed in with a backfire. Occasionally it'll backfire during shifts in regular driving as well. When the exhaust was made and put on, the 2nd o2 sensor was left off, so that's the reason for the 2 o2 codes I'm assuming, and didn't really think it would hurt much. The vacuum lines from the TB have been eliminated as well as the canister under the battery and everything in between, so those are the emissions codes, the others are the ones I can't seem to figure out, and I'm hoping someone has run into them and possibly had the same problems I have.
