I have been looking for radiator hose for my 1g (junkyard doesn't seem to have the best of radiator hoses...) and haven't had much luck. Anyone know where to find these? other than looking on the classifieds... Any help appreciated, thanks folks

Your local Autozone (or other parts store) will have hoses at reasonable prices. I wouldn't get used ones. I don't know of any silicone replacements that are made for the 1G, but I'm sure you could fab something up that's made for a 2G that might work.

thanks guys.... yeah I was not too sure on how different the 1g radiator setup is from the 2g...if anyone knows about this? I have found many websites (of course eBay too) that have 2g radiator hoses, silicone and regular rubber ones, but no luck with the 1g find. Still looking for help with this one????

Yea as far as how the hoses differ isnt the 2g inlet in the middle of the radiator on a 1g its closer to the passenger side. Any local parts store is going to have a cheap replacement. hose. Why the need to look online or at junkyards?

...after buying a half ass 1g, I need many many many parts to complete it...there was no radiator or hoses. Thanks guys, I will hit up auto zone or NAPA or parts plus...one of them

They all carry hoses. I bet that hose kit for a 2g would work on a 1g. The evo one even looks like it might work, but what do i know

I know the 1Gs differ from the 2Gs in many ways. You might just be better off looking at a factory hose kit and seeing if you can find a silicone kit that would work. If that is the path you want to take. Other wise, just hit up the "Zone" or NAPA.

Stock replacement hoses are good enough i think. Wonder if we could get the metal piping like the evo's have for their radiator hose
