Saskatoon,
This is a total bonehead question but I am in the middle of my turbo swap and need some help from you guys. I bought an ebay intercooler setup ( i know, i know) with SS piping and they sent me a knock-off SSQV. The uicp that came in the package clearly uses the V-band style BOV which won't work for the one they sent me. Since I am going with a blowthru setup I can always cut out the V-band part of the uicp to fit in the gm maf. My problem is the flange that came with the SSQV is made out of aluminum and I can't weld it to stainless piping. You guys have any solutions? Thanks for any replies.

Dont use the BOV, the knock offs will leak boost.

Or if you realllllllly want it, find a stainless flange and weld it on.

Use some fabrication skills.

This sweet ass BOV is only to get it set-up, i'll buy the real deal when the time comes.
