I've seen a ported 2G mani run a 10.8 1/4. you do the math.
I just don't understand without knowing the rest of the setup how that answers his question, Hell I know someone with a 2g manifold and a 14b that went into the 10's.
To OP yes people have done over 500whp(guaranteed thanks to people like evileagle) probably over 600whp. I'm not quite sure what you mean by withstand, If you mean by temperatures then yes no problem. If your asking if it will become a restriction at 450whp then yes it will become quite restrictive and power could be picked up by switching to a t3 manifold and a proper sized exhaust housing.
People have done over 600whp on a 2g manifold with the use of nitrous, not sure on turbo alone though.
If you know end velocity on a set distance or a given time period, you can guestimate HP based upon the assumption of weight of the vehicle.

Guessing 3500 lbs @ 10.4s 1/4 mile = 615 hp at wheel or ~ 726 hp at the crank.
No time slip, no vehicle info, no help
Using that calculator could you tell me how much hp that 14b was making to run 10's. Go ahead and guess 3500lbs. (Where's the elevation numbers for these time slips?)
Conclusion: No guessing.
No at that level it won't be a large restriction(I run the 6152sp and only expect a 3mph difference between mitsu housing and a properly sized t3)
430-460whp: What fuel or fuel combination are you planning to run to achieve this power level with that turbo?
Some people on this board have recommended t3 setups that are durable, and are what they wish they would have done from the beginning. (this doesn't help you much because I don't have a link to their recommendations, maybe you have the time to search.)
The rest taken to pm's
