Quick datalogging question

Alright I purchased a Palm m105 off ebay and I am planning on using the MMCD software. Just wondering if all i need is a cable to start logging. Here is the one I'm looking to purchase

Looks like you are good to go. Remeber ,every time you remove the battery from your M105-you need to Hotsync and upload all the programs your installed..so keep those on a cd or on your PC
