I'm replacing my fuel pump and I was wondering whether or not it would be safe to test it without it being in the gas tank. I want to make sure I connected the electrical connector correctly. I have dsmlink so running the fuel pump with the car off isn't a problem. So, is it save for the fuel pump to run without liquid for test purposes?

Let me know as soon as possinble please:coy:

should be safe to blip it quick to make sure it runs. Don't run it more then a few seconds or it could overheat.
