NEW eprom issues

So I got my new eprom about a week ago, put it in and everything was fine. Let the car sit in my garage for about 2 days then went out to start it. Started and ran fine then when I went out for a drive CEL comes on,starts clicking repeatedly, and car starts bucking pretty hard until it warms up then goes away. I have a year warranty so should I just send it back or what?

Pull the code. That's the first place to start.

The CEL only happens when driving and doesnt stay on for more than like 3 seconds, during idle nothings happens.

Still check the codes. The ECU stores them. I wouldn't be surprised if you were getting 14 code.

A code 14 is a faulty TPS sensor.
