Question for all Running DSMLink

I just have a question for anyone running dsmlink in their 97+ eclipse, I understand that you have to invert the CAS, now my question is, when I ordered the chip I told them I needed the CAS inverted, so do I still have to click the button in the program to invert the CAS, or do I just leave it unclicked, ### I've ran into an issue right now where I have it clicked in the program and at normal driving I'm stuttering a little bit right before boost, but I'm fine at Wide open throttle. Thanks.

Did you change the spark plug wires locations?

Yea, I swapped the two plugs on the left with each other and the two plugs on the right with each other, that should be the order right?

Do you have any boost leaks?
Are you running rich?
Try posting a log on the dsmlink forums

Thanks for the help EE, but funny thing is i just went out there about 1 hour ago and just recopied my tune to the ecu and everything is fine now. So it must just be one of those weird things, but all is well. Thanks.
