I think the noise is coming from the trubo but i am not sure. It will not build any boost and screams at 4k + rpm's.

Is there lots of blue smoke coming out of the exhaust, check for shaft play, did you do that?? I cant really hear anything from that video, all i hear is a rattle, could be from anything as far as im concerned, check for shaft play.

From what i can tell there is absolutly no shaft play. but it sounds like that noise is coming from the turbo.

My car is making the same exact sound although I pulled my turbo and my car is smoking heavily, I have minimal shaft play. Possibly the heat shield around the turbo?

check all the heat shields , and one in the back by the muffler.

Is there lots of smoke? What do you mean 'screams' at 4k+ rpm's? Like a loud whistle? If there is a whistle is a boost leak, if it sounds metallic then recheck for shaft play
