Hey all I got a question that I couldn't find an answer for. Does anyone know how much boost I can safely push on a set of stock 2g injectors running a t28 and a 190 fuel pump? I will eventually get injectors, but I haven't installed dsmlink yet and I'd like to know what kinda numbers the injector duty cycle is running for a t28, i've heard ppl runnin 14 lbs, no prob. any input?

The only way to be sure of what boost you can run is to log and watch your timing curve, or knock with dsmlink.

Every car is different and there are too many variables that prevent us from providing you with an exact number, such as: air temp, air pressure, fuel type, quality of fuel, quality of fuel system, etc...

So the answer to your question is that you should have a logger and monitor your readouts in order to safely increase the boost.

I would run 12 PSI until you get your fuel injectors. You can get away with 550's and max out your turbo, but I recommend getting 650 CC fuel injectors for more room. That way you can stay at a lower IDC (Injector Duty Cycle) and less changes of getting knock.

That's the correct answer.

If you're going with DSMLink I would suggest getting a set of 850s minimum (they'll idle like stock). Better to have too much fuel available than not enough, plus when you upgrade to a bigger turbo they'll carry you a lot farther.

I agree with dsmlink why not o big it is like a 50 dollar difference that will save you hundreds on injectors later. Also you can easily run 14psi on your setup. I ran 16 psi with a 190 and an safc but stock innjectors for like a year and a half. O yea and i have an evo 3 16g. As far as knock never had more than 16 and my intake is advanced so that accounts for some of it.
