JDM Throttle Body, does it need plugs?

I just bought this JDM throttle body off of ebay because I think my FIAV is messed up. Do the two open holes on the top of this throttle body (E and A1)need to be plugged? Where can I get plugs for these holes? See picture below:

Edit: I need to know if I need plugs for the holes on the top of the throttle body, not for the hose connection nipples. This is why the picture is taken from the top down, looking directly at the holes. There is a plug in the P hole, but not in the E or A.

What is the TB going into? Your profile is empty so please fill it out when you have a moment. The ports on the top of the TB are vacuum sources for the emissions system(s) in our cars. If you have removed your emissions then you can simply cap them off using vacuum caps/plugs from AutoZone or you local parts store.

Sorry about that, I will fill out my profile. The car has a JDM engine with a cyclone intake. There is no emissions crap whatsoever. I only plan on using the one "P" port to hook up a boost guage. What I want to know is how do I block off the holes? There is a plug in the P one, but not in the E and A1. There is no nipple for a hose, just holes facing up. There is a nipple for a hose on the P port, but do you see the plug on the top by the P port? My question is where do I get those plugs?

If there is no emissions stuff then you can simply cap off the nipples. I'm not savvy about the JDM TBs but if there isn't a nipple, it should already be plugged (unless they fell out?). Just to be on the safe side, take a straw, insert it in the top hole for E and A1 and blow, if it doesn't go anywhere, then it's already capped off. If not, you can probably get by with plugging it with some kind of glue or just rig something - use your imagination :)

BTW: You don't want to use the nipple on the TB for tapping a boost gauge. Check out this post: http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=247168 or the vfaq: http://vfaq.com/mods/wayback/BradBauer/gauges/boost.html
