is everything the same on the car as when you did your dyno run? IF so you must be pretty close to a good tune- 296 AWHP is pretty good. It does look like you should be
able to get a little more timing.

so what should i do? i mean is there such a thing as perfect timing curve? mine dips but they are not dramatic dips like from 12 down to 5 then up again. as i can tell mine goes 8,9,8,8,9,8,10,9,11,12...something like that, is that a bad thing? does it have to be a perfect curve going up? im confused

Yes there is such thing as a perfect timing curve. The ecu pulls the timing when it sees 3 or more counts of knock. You have small dips accross the whole timing curve indicating knock. Once you the timing drops from the boost it should slowly climb to 18-24* without any dips at all.

I would lower the boost and see if it helps smooth out the curve. You are knocking really at low RPM. Start at 15psi, do a log, add 1% to where the timing dips if it still does. Then add 2psi and add fuel where the timing dips and see if it helps.
