complete rebuild
evo lll flapper
= lenght header
3"dp
2.5" catback with 3"qtp cut out on dp for flow at the track
ported 3" gm maf/maft
satge 3 act 6 puck
short route fmic
minor port and polish and gasket match of intake/head
255lph walbro
try 2 get the car's base weight down around 2400lbs
adjustable fpr

now some questions. what size injector's for this setup??

dsmlink vs safcll - can i buy huge injectors and regulate with dsm link 2 save money in the future?

blow through a good setup for a gm maf?

Thanks in advance for your help

My quick opinion would be lose the equal length header for a street car, get a cast mani such as SBR or GT version (people have gone plenty fast on the 2g mani). Skip the SAFC, go Dsmlink (the money you saved on the mani will pay for the link), yes go as big as you want with injectors, with Dsmlink you can make them idle like stock. 6 puck may be abit harsh for the street, I'd get more info on this before you descide if its right for you. How much boost do you plan on running, if over 20 you may want to skip the flapper mod (if thats what you were implying in your origional post), if you go with the link skip the GM MAF & MAFT translator, makes tuining harder & money can be spent in better areas. Injectors, well if you get the link I'd go 850 min as they basicaly cost the same & this will make sure you won't have to upgrade if you step up in turbo size. If you go SAFC, your limited to 650-680. For exhaust I'd run 3" all the way back, keep the dump if you want it for the track.

thanks for the advice, and the diffrent angle. the money saved on header will make the diffrence from a safc and maft might as well go with link. may need a eprom ecu havent checked mine yet still in rebuild stage on the motor.
