Oil Drain Valve

My only fear of something like that is if you have enemies( very easy to tamper with). I also wouldnt trust it because I would be concerned about a leak. Wouldnt take long for oil to leak out at 5,000 rpms. I prefer the tried and true bolt in the pan. Travis

or if you scrape on something it could open the valve or knowck it off since it seems like it hangs lower, but couldnt your enimies just use a 17mm wrenchWTF

Twenty-five bucks? Christ, and I thought the Fram drain was expensive at 12. Keep shopping, they have to be around cheaper than that. Yes, you'll have a few ounces of oil undrained, but it won't matter. Be more concerned with having the projection on a car that's pretty low from the factory.

dont bother, its not a dumb idea but lazy as can be. it takes like 5 seconds to unscrew it anyways. instead of buying that buy a plug with a magnet in it. I found a peice of metal about the size of my pinky nail in my oil pan. I was very glad I got it. Since then my oil has been shavings free. there about the same price, the way i see it if it doesnt help the engine then what good is it.

Please explain why rpm has anything to do with this.
