It all depends on what you are tuning with. If you want the cheap route, 750cc injectors and Apexi Neo (since AFC II is discontinued). However tuning 750cc injectors with the Apexi is going to be very time consuming and difficult. If you want the easiest tune I recommend taking the DSM link route and again 750cc injectors at the minimum. If this is not the last turbo upgrade you plan then I would say 1000cc injectors.

However to run DSM link you will need an e-prom ECU. Oh, and I also recommend an adjustable fuel pressure regulator (AFPR). Reason being, the stock FPR is overrun by the 255:beatentodeath:.

As for the trans I recommend taking a peek here.:thumb:

Ohhh man are you in for some interesting times.

Just warning you, the kit that you purchased may not be of the highest quality. I think you can understand why, as it costs 670$ when to buy all those parts individually from reputable vendors, you would be over $2K. I would definitely have a machine shop reinforce the exhaust manifold as well.

But you might as well try it now that you have it. I personally chose DSMlink, but if you work at it you could use the Apexi neo. 750cc would seem to be a minimum injector size, but tuning those with the apexi is a PITA.

Shep or TRE for the trans.

and as JDNSBR stated, you need an adjustable FPR for that fuel pump.

I'm curious about the intercooler pipe routing on that kit. The intercooler looks to be set up for short routing. However the long intercooler pipe on the left of the pictures doesn't make sense. Does anybody know what that pipe could be used for? As for the fuel upgrades I second the DSMLink, injectors, and AFPR for that Walboro.
