HI guys.
Here is my problem.
One night i drove home and parked my car after a 3 hr drive. (normal highway dirving)
In the morning i went to start it up and it idled really bad. I went to try to drive it but couldnt because it would sputter and run bad.

I did a compression check Cold then HOT

Results

Cold
Cyl.1 60 psi
Cyl 2 175 psi
Cyl.3 160 psi
Cyl.4 175 psi

Hot
Cyl.1 185 psi
Cyl.2 180 psi
Cyl.3 180 psi
Cyl.4 185 psi

The thing is that it runs bad even when warm. I sputters and doesnt make power. Maybe half the power it had before.

I also checked to see if i was getting bubbles in my coolant.
Results
I have been getting a small amount of foam before warm up and a small amount of bubbles when warm.

I wasnt able to check the oil yet but any suggestions would be great.
Thanks guys

Thats kind of weird that cyl. 1 jumped so much after being warmed up. I would do a boost leak, maybe you popped off a hose.

I would do the compression test again, this time when it's cold, add a teaspoon of oil to the low cylinder and see if the compression goes up.

Well i did add oil in the cylinder but not a teaspoon. I only added like 3 drops of oil.
Compression went up 20 psi on cyl. 1

I am thinking it can be a bad valve, bad HG or bad rings.

Any other suggestions?

BTW i have the blow through setup and i dont have any air leaks after the MAF.
