Anyone know how to change a fuse in an Autometer Autogage 5inch tachometer?

Long story short, I believe the fuse in the tachometer went, tried to get the outer casing off but its starting to break and such. Anyone have any ideas or know if Autometer offers a repair service for dummies like myself?
