How does a 2g fuel injector work?, i know it needs a pulse.
my problem is i need to kno where evrything thing is located and what it does because when i turn my ignition on the fuel pump kicks on and dosent stop and my injectors are wide open, (850 injectors and 255 fuel pump) use your imagination to see how ugly that got!,
so i need to try to fix this problem or would it be easyer to make my own rewire of the fuel system?
any details or diragrams and information would be greatly appreciated!
thanks
alan

+12V from the battery (via MFI relay) goes through a 6 ohm ballast resistor (on middle of firewall) and then to one side of the injector. The other side of the injector connects to the ECU which connects it to ground when firing (very short negative pulse - too short to measure w/o a scope). If they are all on you may have an ECU problem - check it for leaking capacitors and shorts.
