paranoid about exhaust sound

Ok, so i found this video of a GST with a megan racing exhaust which sounded really nice, and made me decide that thats the exhaust i want to get...Here's my problem...

That exhaust was for the GST, which in essence is the same as the TSi w/o the awd rite??? so my question is , if i get the exhaust made by megan racing for my TSi AWD will it sound the same as the exhaust i saw on youtube.

so i sent the guy a message and he sent me that website, said he got his cat back from this website. I guess he got the exhaust designed for the GST, I drive a 96 AWd TSi, i just wanna know if u guys think i can get the same sound cause it is a diff. exhaust..but same company.

I just dont wanna buy a 450 dollar exhaust thinking im gettin one thing..and end up getting a fart can i absolutely hate..u kno?? thats why i'm so paranoid bout the exhaust i'm getting. I love a smooth clean sound in an exhaust, hate the rumbling sound cans.
btw i wanna go with 2.5" cat-back

yea i agree with you on the fart can comment. But that also has to do with ppl getting cheap mufflers with un even/ sized pipeing for their cars and expect it to sound good.

And engine sounds all vary, ( Depends on mods etc. ) yours may sound different than the other guys but not too far off.
