I didnt open the throttle while doing a compression test, I was wondering what the average difference you see from doing so?

I have a 2G, I got 150 across. I don't mind doing it again and doing it right the next time, but if someone experienced doing this, what was the difference in results from not going open throttle to doing so?

I made that mistake once and the numbers ended up being lower than normal. If I remember correctly, I got something in the 160s the first time, and 175ish after doing it the right way. You'd probably benefit by doing it over again, but the fact that your numbers are consistent is a good thing. Let us know what you get the next time.
