i have a greddy turbo timer set for 60 seconds..but when i drive the time goes up.....and i cant read the instructions b/c they're in japanese...anyone know what to do or is it normal or what?

this is normal. It just means that it is componsating for aditional heat. So the time goes up so the turbo can cool down.

Dank is right on...that's the effect of the auto turbo timer.

If you don't want that, simply hit the Select + power buttons together until P-1 is displayed. Then adjust to the time you want and your done.

If you notice, on the bottom it shows count[a] that means AUTO.

here's the link to the english manual.

Your turbo timer is in auto mode. That means, your car will have a base cool down time of 60 sec, and that will be increased depending on how you drive. I'm going to guess that you have a full auto TT, and it's manual is here:

You can change it from full auto mode to set time by pressing Power + Select together to cycle through the modes.

EDIT: ^^You beat me

Oh one more thing...

I don't mean to flame, bash or anything else that seems that way but had you gone to Greddy's website, you would have found all your answers and the good fuzzy feeling of having answered your question yourself.

:D
