16G Reinstall and EGT 02 Housing Tap

Two Questions.. I'm reinstalling my 16G after having it ported and wanted to know, when I put the new J-pipe gasket and oil return line gaskets on should I used RTV on them? Because I bought the car with this on it and it appears that whoever had it on the car originally had put sealant on these seals.

Also.. I want to tap my 02 Housing for the TRE EGT probe.. where on the 02 Housing is a good place to make the tap?

When I reinstalled my 14B after porting it, it didnt use any RVT on my gaskets and I havent had any trouble. I also installed my EGT probe in the 02 housing just downstream of the oxegen sensor.

It was a little trickey getting the tap started, but I got it to go.
