Turn signal arm wont move!

I dunno how this happened really. It was working at one point, then it didn't.

The arm itself is intact. It goes down (left turn), back (high beams), but not up (right turn)!!

It moves a bit, but then it wont move anymore (1 1/2cm as far as the end of the arm moves). If I push it up with a little force it WILL turn the turning signal on, and the 4-ways DO WORK.

So it's not an electrical issue, but a mechanical one.

I'm not gonna be able to work on this til monday afternoon. So if anyone has any input, advice or anything til then that they can give me, I'd appreciate it ALL! Oh, and I've never taken the steering colum electrical stuff apart, too. So again, any advice there is welcome!
 
Yep, I was kinda figuring on that. Oh well. I'll see how it all goes tomorrow!
 
Do you know what it was called (part number) and where did you get it?
