I have a walboro 255 that i had on my rx7. Now i am parting out the rx7 but some parts i would like to use. One of those is the pump. Am i going to need a different wire hook up or is the one that came with it for the rx7 work.

Also i have a jacobs fc1000, it is sort of like an msd box, would there be any gains for hooking this up?

I would just ger a rewire kit for 45$ it has all the wiring you will need, and will give you better voltage to the fuel pump so more flow. I hope your going to be getting an AFPR to go with that 255.
Not sure about the fc1000, never heard of it.

You should be able to use the pump, you can get a car-specific install kit from a lot of places for pretty cheap. It would also be a good idea to rewire the pump to provide constant voltage to it. And to repeat what was just said, the 255 will overrun the stock FPR, so you're going to want to get an adjustable aftermarket FPR to replace it.
