brake problem???

Well first off I just had another engine put in my car last week ive only been running it for 200miles or so and i've just ran into a problem with my brakes. My pedel seems to have a alot of freeplay and it just happned out of no where when I got into my car last night. When I pump my brakes it seems to come back momentarily but not for long. I took the car out this morning to try and go to work and now there is an issue with the power steering. Anyone have any clue whats up with my car? thanks.

have you checked your brake booster ?
bleed yur brakes just for peice of mind as well.

check all of your belts. Make sure all of your belts have tension in them. Check anything else that's attached to the power steering and brake booster, water pump, oil pump, etc.

Sounds a lot like low fluids. Could be from a leak, or air trapped in the lines, or just not enough in there. I had this problem with my clutch fluid.

Check the fluids and belts, get back to us.

I was going to say air in the line. Bleed them and refill whatever you lost in the process.
