Ok I went to go install my 3052 last night and uh oh the water lines dont fit exactly nice. so i tried bending and they still wont work with me. so im looking for an alternate option. does anyone know where i can get a ss -an kit? im not good with SS -an fittings and stuff liek that so i really dont know what sizes to use. if anyone knows what size i would need to replace the banjo bolt on the turbo cartridge and what size i need to use on my water pipe. please anyone that knows what sizes please help me out. IM STUCK!! thanks so much in advance.

already read that from oldman. i pm'ed him. i was wondering if anyone else had an idea. i do know about the search feature. there was only like 2 threads asking a similar question. no accuarte answers though. if you spent your entire summer savings on a turbo you would want an accurate answer too haha

I just installed a dual ball bearing chra and the water lines worked with a little bending. What isn't lining up?

the feed line off the water pipe is not bending enough to line up in the front. i cant bend it anymore or it will kink. i ordered 2 ss straight lines from extreme psi and i mgonna use rubber reinforced fuel lines to connect the entire thing.

Damn right I would. Sorry those didn't help you out.

Once you get everything installed, it would be great to do a writeup or tech article so that others can refer to your post in the future and know how you solved the issue.

Just buy some rubber hose, and clamp it to each end. Works like a charm, my water line/return line is done in this fashion.

I had the same problem. I bent the bracket on the water pipe that is bolted to the engine and I rotated the water pipe until the water line was close. Then I bent the water line to line up with the turbo.
