whats up guys sorry ive been posting so much just been trying really hard to find a good dsm, i saw this add on dsm trader and it looked a little weird to begin with but the seller did some weird stuff.. heres the add

we talked on the phone and he said the car had like 150k on it but was rebuilt but recently and had some extra parts he would throw in if the price is right. the car has no hood or uicp which he said he could get before he sells it but what threw me off was when we were emailing i said i didnt want a car with 150k on it so then hes like theres not that much on it i just havent checked in a while, now he says it has 99k which just weirded me out maybe im just being too aprehensive...the car looked good in the pictures he sent me except for the missing hood LOL let me know what you guys think, the thing i like about it is its 11 miles from me and my car is most likely getting sold tomorrow so should i check it out? thanks1

Sounds very shadey, and it's pretty expensive. I could justify paying that much for an immaculate, low miles 1g. Plus, you've gotta ask yourself what did he do to blow the motor? Sounds like it's been mistreated and he's just trying to drop the hassle and start fresh.

My vote: keep looking!

If hes close i would look at the car and make a determination off of that. Personally i wouldn't buy a car from someone who cant even type complete sentences. Get a VIN number, run it in car fax and see if the title is clean. I would also find out why he is missing the hood and where the UICP went. Sounds a little fishy to me but i would just go look at the car regardless and make a determination off of that.

i think ill go take a look at it after i run a carfax and find out some more stuff it couldnt hurt i guess, ill keep you guys single posted LOL
