ok i just got my timing belt replaced and my car seems to idle wierd and when i slow down fast the car turns off, what could it be?

my bov is recirculated some guy in town did it, he owns his own shop. im taking it back in to him tomorrow.

no i do not, If you put a new belt in does it need to be adjusted a certain way? If my timing was off would that cause this?

It is possible that one of your camshaft sprockets is off a tooth - this can cause a rough, low idle. I learned this from personal experience. If you take-off the top timing belt cover and position the crankshaft to top-dead center for cylinder #1 (timing mark on crankshaft pulley lined-up with TDC mark on gauge used to set ignition timing), then the timing marks on the camshaft sprockets should be directly across from each other (left sprocket mark at 3 o'clock and right sprocket mark at 9 o'clock). Hold a piece of string between the centers of the camshaft sprocket center bolts and verify the timing marks line-up with the string to be sure. Hope this helps you.
