2gb Foglight questions

Hey, i am getting my 2gb bumper painted soon, but my fog lights have not come in the mail yet, so i am wondering if I install the bumper now
1)can I Install the fogs when they come with out taking the bumper off? Or would I have to take the bumper off?
2)Can the fog light cover things be added later with out taking the bumper off? because I cant bauy them for few weeks, and I dont want to put every thing on then have to take them off again for just these (I am also growing impatient and want to see it pretty much done )

Also does any one have a picture of a 2GB with foglights but with out the covers? I want to see what it looks like (basically how my car will be until i can buy them)

ah sorry should have mentiond that... I am defacing it to an eclipse (hard time finding a 2gb talon bumper)

just from a personal POV i would wait untill the fog lights come in and then put the bumper on. just to save the chance of scratches and such. it can be a tight area to work with. but also knowing me, i'm impatient so it would be hard to wait but it would be worth it in the end
