white smoke will come out AFTER im at high speeds

white smoke will come out AFTER im at high speeds then slow down and stop then a bunch of white smoke will come in front of my car then stop.... I Do not know what it is, i was thinking timeing related, sometime it sounds like i hear poping onc ein a great while in my intake.

White smoke is one sign of a blown headgasket. I don't know why it'd be only after high speeds. Could it be steam? That's usually a white color, feels muggy, smells like coolant. Or is it light colored oil? That'll... well, probably smell like oil.

Is the smoke coming from your exhaust or engine bay? If you notice it when you stop, chances are it's happening when you're going fast and you just don't notice it till the cloud catches up with you. Check if that's happening (have a friend drive behind?).

Any other symptoms? Rough idling, overheating? Check for water in the oil.
