Ok, So I just installed a Turbo XS hp Manual boost controller on my car. I took it out for a drive and when I get on it then shift It sounds like my wastegate is sticking open( I can hear it throught the dump Pipe). But as I shift into the next gear, it takes forever for my car to get back up to full boost. Magor turbo lag on the t-25.

Heres how it is setup. I have a line running from the compressor housing on the turbo the the side nipple on the boost controller. then the bottom nipple on the boost controller running to the wastegate. I have the top screw adjsuted two turns from the lowest. On Turbo XS website it says to tap the line on the side nipple into the BOV line and to cap off the compressor housing. Is this right.

How come im gettign so much lag aat only 14psi.

Thank You!

On any MBC I've run, the side nipple goes to the wastegate and the bottom nipple goes to the boost source. Tapping the BOV line is never a good idea if you want a fast reacting MBC. Go ahead and run the bottom nipple straight the compressor fitting if it has one.

Hope that helps,

Andy
