Can it be installed on it and since there probably isnt a connection for the cable and my phone; I wonder if I could use bluetooth as a interface?

I dont think it will work because most software is for the palm 4.1os or older. I dont think it will work with you mobile windows OS. I have an older palm phone with Palm OS and I have the software. The only problem is I cant find a cable to hotsync the phone witht the car. I havnt looked to hard though.

Not that I've ever heard of. I've not seen any OBD1 DL software for pocket PCs. The serial data rate used by the ECU is a uncommon one. Not all devices support and I highly doubt any bluetooth adaptors would.

I will have to check on that, but I can change the baud rate or make a custom baud rate. I instructor at TSTC could probably figure a way to install it, he might have to rewrite a few things in order for it to work with my pocket pc, he is good like that. He is always installing some sort of softwareon his. He has a brand new Simens pocket pc from cingular and he has already installed a network analyzer. So I guess your Palm doesnt have bluetooth?

Old palms are less than $20 on ebay. Logging on 1G's is so cheap and easy you might as well just get a seperate unit.
