well after reading the huge thread i decided to go with one, $295 shipped not a bad deal if you ask me, but how do i need to rig it up to make it work on my car i have a 99gsx with a 14b turbo swap, Thanks alot!

You have to buy a J pipe. SBR, RRE and a lot of other vendors sell it.

He has the j-pipe that came with the install kit for the 14b. Will that work if you just turned the "L" shaped rubber intercooler pipe it comes with in the install kit? Or would he have to buy this j-pipe? http://www.slowboyracing.com/more.php?id=1894&

I was just wondering which one would work better with the SS Autochrome kit, the SBR or Dejon J-Pipe?

I liked the j-pipe that came with the install kit for a 14b/16g from SBR. It had very nice welds and was nice large pipen. I haven't seen the Dejon j-pipe though.

Looks like either way its going to be pointed a bit to the passenger side, but that doesn't matter, I posted up on here about my old 20g still having that semi elbow on the side and running my FMIC and Oldman said it wouldn't affect anything...


the SS Auto is a good kit, I'm the one who got these bitches at this killer price for us
