I had pretty much given up on this thread...., I was just going to buy one anyway and see how it works. I think you're right, the thing looks awesome. when do you think you will be trying it out?

Write or call Josh or John and they would be more than happy to fill you in on them. They are VERY active on the local DSM board and a few people from there have bought them. He goes by the name of Niterydr on here, send him a PM.

Activity on tuners? Thanks Tim.

Josh here from LSE Performance.
A few things.
1st is that the website is wrong, these are now $259.95 which is the MSRP LIPP wants for them. I haven't updated the site in sometime, (regular vistors can vouch for this) as we have a new site in the works. I appologize for any confusion this has caused. People that call or email for orders are informed on these, and our local dsm community is aware of the price change. We had a huge initial buy of these and that supply has been used up. That is how the initial price of $180 came about.
2nd.
We have run these on everything from 14b to scm61 cars. The end result...no creap and proven results. They accept all the factory heatshields.
Issues:
They do displace the 02 sensor (move it farther down on the 1g's, it is in the factory 2g 02 location).
We highly recommend if you are running a PTE turbo to run the cut housing. If you do not want to deal with the hassle of an external wastegate these are the option. Obviously, being open in the middle isn't the best for turbine wheel and wastegate exhaust flow paths, but for the application this is suited for (90% of the dsm market)the differences are hardly noticeable. Hell, I run "tdo5" ball bearing 50 trims on my stealth with custom 02 housings and we employed the same idea when we made mine.
About the housings:
They are investment cast stainless steel. They feature a very high operating temperature and smooth internals. The investment cast process is where a wax mold is made. Then the material is poured, leaving a smooth finish both inside and out. After that they are "final machined" and then brought here. We do not make these products, LIPP does. We simply provide a retail location for them, as well as do alot of research and development for their company. (years of experience, awd dyno in house, etc).
Besides these housings they make a variety of products for supra's, evo's, and in the work's, 3000gt's.
