1g Shifter Cables question

I am just wondering are all shifter cables from 91-94 the same both awd and Fwd i got a set from an awd and need to put them in my fwd for the 5-speed swap ive been doing any ideas? i dont have a set from a fwd so i can't compare them maybe someone here knows.

Yes they will work for you. Any cables 91-94 will work as liong as its from a 2.0, turbo or non

I can tell you that n/t FWD shifter cables are the same as AWD cables so I wouldn't see a problem with the turbo AWD cables in the turbo FWD.

ok thanks the reason i was asking was because i also got the bracket that holds the cables on the transmission from an awd and that bracket is different. The cables where not aligning correctly but without the bracket they seem to work fine. So all i have to do now is get a new FWD bracket and im all set.
