I have a 1997 GST, I would like to replace the stock T-25 with an Evo III. I will then work on fuel managemant such as injectors, fuel pump, and SAFC. My question is that if I get the install kit that does not come with the oil supply line, would i be able to fit the stock line from the pan to the turbo? And how difficult this is?

You can use your stock 2g oil drain line (from the bottom of the turbo to the oil pan) if you modify it a bit.

The stainless steel oil feed line that some kits come with go from the oil filter housing to the top of the turbo. I would get the stainless kit as it is much easier to work with, will supply your turbo with the right amount of oil, and to top it off most vendors will not cover your turbo warrenty unless it is fed from the oil filter housing with the SS line.

To answer your question, it IS possible to run your EVO III with the stock feed line, but it is not recommended.

... oops yeah my bad.
You have to tweak the return line a bit though to get it to fit right.

k... thanx guys ill be doing this all on sunday and this is my first dsm so we will see how it goes!
