When swapping to a 16g what stock parts are not compatible?

My 14b is bad and I want to replace it with a small 16g or an evo3 16g, mostly likely a small 16. What other parts will need to be replaced to physically make it fit (this excludes fuel system and exhaust etc.). Will it work with a stock manifold and o2 housing, what about stock water/oil lines, what about stock outlet elbow? Will I need new intercooler pipes?

You get the drift? What else do I need to have ready just to install the turbo.

you dont need to change any other parts really. It is a direct bolt on turbo (either 16g). It all depends on how much boost you want to run also. I have heard the stock headgasket is good til about 20psi. And if you are going to run more boost you should get a fuel pump upgrade, walbro 190 is good, and also do the fuel pump rewire. Info on that is on vfaq.com. Most places have a turbo swap kit which comes with all the crush washers and gaskets. I know Slowboy has one and I dont see why anyplace else wouldnt have one either. But again as for swapping your 14b for a 16g all the lines will switch over and it IS a DIRECT BOLT-ON turbo.

Bolts directly up, you don't need to change a thing. Good luck.
