What type of laptop do I need for DSMLink?

I can get an excellent deal on a laptop but some keys on the keyboard don't work. With DSMLink do I have to have the keyboard or do I just need the mouse?

You can use the mouse/touchpad for everything, they have DSM link set up to use all hot keys also just because some find the touchpad cumbersome. So you'll be good as long as you dont mind using the touchpad/mouse in the car.
