i sheared a bolt off on one of my manifold to turbo bolts, and i think it's causing some problems now.

anyways, i've never done anything like taking out a broken bolt, can anyone give me some links or directions or tell me what i need to get this demon out?

I've never done it for fear of further messing something up, but when my friend had a broken exhaust stud we took it to my machinist and he got it out no problem for next to nothing. I'm all about learning new things...just not on other people's stuff.

I think an EZ-Out would probably be the easiest, but if you are a good welder you might be able to weld a nut onto the broken bolt and just take it out that way. Like someone else said you can drill it out and re-tap the hole, also.
