t-belt question

I'm about to change my 96 block and drop a 98 block (GSX) The question is that do I have to change the 98 tensioner pulley, tensioner, idler pulley, Timing belt tensioner or anything else down there...etc...? Can i reuse those parts? or is that not a good idea? I'm kinda on a budget.

You can check the tesioner, BUT....

Like they say, "pay me now or pay me later"

I would change them all so you KNOW they are going to be good.
