small black chips on ground under tranny area after short drive

Edit: ok found the problem, battery had a small hole in the side of it an was leaking acid everywhere it ate through the battery plate the charcoal canister and the wire harness cover along with my boost gauge line

ok this is an odd occurance for me, the car is running fine an no problems, but heres the situation. i had just finished waxing my car about 30 min ago so i took it for a spin around the block at no more then 35mph and when i got home i backed it into my garage over a tarp as it had been b4 when i was waxing it when i smelt this burning smell so i turned the car off grabed my floor jack an went to lift the car when i noticed this huge mound of black chips each the size of the tip of a ball point pen. i have supplied some pictures to show you while i look under the car for any damage. any ideas?
