Question 9:1 JE pistons????

would these be good on a 1g awd tsi. got eagle rods and i got the pistons today free from a girl who broke up with her boyfriend. and im rebuilding my motor right now. so just wondering if i should sell them or what.

ive heard they arnt though. that they tend to not work after a few hundred miles. ect ect.

I've never really heard of pistons that just "stopped working"...

If it helps any, I know many V8's in the 800+WHP range with JE's.
