Lowering?

Okay, so on my 94 GS. i want to lower it. but my first eclipse rode like hammered dogshit after it was lowered. is there a certain brand evryone if running to stay somewhat comfortable on ride?
im wanting to drop it like 2". whats everyone think?

Koni good but I like kW that's what my car roles on and it like stock

You could probably go with a full coil over system and it would probably ride good. I know I had a set of Tien basics on my tC and it rode like stock. I plan to go with a full coil over system on my 92 talon when I can afford them.
